The year end reception was organised by the Embassy, and was held at the Prince Hotel. We’re sure everyone had a great time feasting on much-missed dishes from back home, catching up with old friends and meeting new ones as well. A big thank you to all who contributed their photos of this event!

This year’s Students’ Reception was held at and organized by the Embassy. It was great to see both old and new faces, and it was equally fantastic to eat sorely-missed Singaporean food!

It has been a long time since SSAJ organised an outing to a fireworks festival. Kudos to the current exco for this idea! The Sumidagawa (Sumida River) Fireworks Festival is known to be the biggest of all fireworks festival held in Tokyo during the fireworks season. Enjoy your summer, everyone!

This year’s Golden Fiesta was the first event organised by the new EXCO (2010 – 2011). It was held in Yoyogi Park on a cloudy and cool day.
